UG25 – SENta Course

According to the latest data analysis report from the Legislative Council, there are around 10% SEN students every year. In light of alleviating their illnesses, early intervention before 6 years-old is vitally important for their personal growth. Our idea, SENta Course, aims to be a helping hand for parents. Utilizing GEN-AI technology, toddlers can customize their own personal mentors with creativity, immersing themselves in virtual tale fantasies, learning vocabularies with vivid animations and storytelling narrators. Moreover, mentors would lead the children singalong with AI-generated nursery rhymes for each story, in an effort to be considerate learning materials for toddlers who are overwhelmed with ADHD or autism. To enhance their memories with simple vocabularies, our unique graphic flashcards would be the best solution to wrestle with the difficulties that dyslexia children are currently beset with, coupled with pronunciation practices for speech therapies. Furthermore, mini-quiz games would also be available for children to categorize and identify different objects with their characteristics, truly understanding the meaning behind words. For emotional support, users could feel free to chat with our AI, in a bid to overcome social anxiety as well as selective mutism.
